Took delivery of two sofas before Christmas after months of deliberating, visiting numerous furniture showrooms and about five visits to Tailormade and we are delighted with them.
However, from start to finish we cannot speak highly enough of the service we had on every visit we made with many questions, demands and changes of mind!
Steve and Mellanie were incredibly patient with great product knowledge and guided us through the whole experience without EVER making us feel pressurised.
