We cannot recommend this firm highly enough – we had absolutely excellent service, and the product is really classy! We were struggling to find a nice sofa which we could get into our loft room – everything we saw looked insubstantial…..We visited the TailorMade Sofas showroom and from the off the service was excellent. The salesman was helpful and patient, not at all pushy. It was five weeks from Christmas and he said they would do the best they could to deliver before Christmas, but couldn’t promise. The sofa arrived in the middle of December. The delivery fitters ‘phoned to let us know the time of arrival, and were totally prompt. They were also friendly, polite, and efficient, and the sofa is gorgeous. Our builder was impressed and will be recommending the firm to other clients who have limited access rooms.
