I wanted to delay my review of Tailor Made Sofas to see whether my sofas withstood the test of time, because when I bought from a well known high street chain my sofas were quite frankly in need of replacement after only 18 months. So here we are, it has been 18 months since I bought two three seater sofas from Tailor Made and I can safely say they are easily withstanding the test of time. They still look as good as when they were delivered and I feel confident they will last for many many years to come. This truly is a 5 star company from start to finish the service from both Steve and Mel was fantastic, there was absolutely no pressure to buy just an abundance of knowledge and assistance, (Bliss, I take a considerable amount of time to decide on expensive purchases). In addition delivery was speedy, convenient and the delivery guys also excellent. I cannot find a single negative comment to make for any aspect of my experience with Tailor Made Sofas. So I would like to say Thank You to all involved in the sale, construction and delivery of my sofas.
