Melanie was very patient with me on two occasions; first to help me understand what my choices were, and on my return, made me realise that what I wanted wasn’t necessarily the best options.
Her ability to visualise my sofa is an impressive skill because she was absolutely right.
I am delighted.
The delivery was on time, professional and tidy.
