Despite having to wait because of the pandemic we are absolutely delighted with our two new sofas. This is the third time we have used Tailormade Sofas. There is no doubt that the service they provide and the ability to customise the furniture to your requirements sets them apart from the crowd. Melanie was extremely helpful when selecting both the furniture and the fabrics from their considerable range. When the sofas arrived they were brought in and put in position with just the right length of time spent ensuring that we had the cushions correctly placed so that with our chosen fabric the nap was always consistent.
We had looked long and hard to find new furniture on this occasion but it became clear that if we wanted it customised to our requirements we should return to Tailormade Sofas.
We undoubtedly made the right decision I would recommend them to anybody.
