As our sofas get a lot of use it is worth remembering that the seat and back cushion interiors will over time flatten, and then the sofa will become uncomfortable because the cushions no longer give the support they once used to.
After a few years of use the sofa frame, springing, and fabric are all in good condition, but the seat and back cushions will probably need replacing.
