Excellent customer service.
We bought a Kensington sofa and chair about 14 years ago. Since then 2 kids plus wear and tear meant we needed to renew the foam interiors of the cushions. Melanie not only found our original order from my (vague) recollection but sorted out replacing all the foam within a few weeks. Now it’s like sitting on new sofa. Really nice people to deal with and the quality of their products is outstanding. Highly recommended.
